Terms of Service
Noctua Advertising agrees to provide mobile LED screen advertising services as outlined in the proposal or invoice provided to the client. This includes advertising placement, logistics, scheduling, and basic campaign reporting.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure advertising services. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the campaign. Services will not commence without full payment received.
Cancellation Policy
If the client chooses to cancel the service after confirming the campaign and making the deposit:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the campaign start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total campaign cost.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the campaign start date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
If services have already started, no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed without penalty. Further changes may incur additional fees.
